Terms of use · Last updated July 2026

The terms, in plain language.

These terms govern your use of the Tellsheet add-in and this website, operated by Souq e Kamil Trading & Solutions WLL (“we”, “us”), Kingdom of Bahrain. By purchasing or using Tellsheet you agree to them.

1. Your license

When you buy Tellsheet, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the add-in on one computer, for as long as you like. It is a lifetime license, not a subscription. If you need Tellsheet on additional computers or for a team, multi-computer licenses are available — email support@seksolution.com.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Tellsheet or your license key; share one single-computer license across multiple machines or users; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the add-in except where the law expressly permits it; or use Tellsheet in a way that breaks applicable law.

3. Purchases, taxes, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — your contract of sale is with Paddle, which handles payment, applicable VAT/sales tax, and invoicing. Every purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked; see the refund policy for how it works.

4. The AI command bar

The optional AI feature uses your own Anthropic API key. Your use of that key is subject to Anthropic’s own terms, and any usage fees Anthropic charges are between you and Anthropic. Tellsheet always shows you a preview before applying any change — you are responsible for reviewing previews before clicking Apply.

5. Updates and availability

Your license includes updates and improvements to Tellsheet’s tools. We work to keep the add-in compatible with supported versions of Excel on Windows, Mac, and the web, but Microsoft’s platforms evolve and we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future or unsupported version.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Tellsheet is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it reliable — and the preview-before-apply design exists precisely so you stay in control — but to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Always keep backups of important workbooks.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If we update them, we will change the date at the top of this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@seksolution.com.
