14 days. No questions. No hoops.

If Tellsheet isn’t right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need a reason, and we won’t ask for one.

1. How to request a refund

Email support@seksolution.com with the order number from your Paddle receipt (or simply reply to the receipt email). That’s the entire process. We approve requests within one business day.

2. When the money arrives

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Once approved, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. The window

The guarantee covers 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After 14 days we can no longer offer an automatic refund, but if something is wrong with the product, write to us anyway — we’d rather fix it than keep an unhappy customer’s money.

4. After a refund

Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued, and the add-in returns to its unlicensed state. You’re welcome back any time — a future purchase starts a fresh license (and a fresh guarantee).
