Your spreadsheet contents never leave your computer.

That is the design principle behind Tellsheet, and this policy exists mostly to spell out what it means in practice. It is short because we collect very little.

1. Your spreadsheet data

All Tellsheet tools run locally, inside Excel, on your device. Your cell values, formulas, file names, and workbook contents are never transmitted to us or to any third party by the tools. We have no servers that process your data, and no way to see it.

2. The optional AI command bar

If you choose to enable the AI command bar, you provide your own Anthropic API key. That key is stored only on your device and is used to send requests directly from your computer to Anthropic. The only content sent is the command you type (for example, “split the name column into first and last”) — never your cell data, and never through our servers. Anthropic’s handling of those requests is governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy. If you never enable the feature, no AI requests are made at all.

3. What we do collect

When you buy Tellsheet, our Merchant of Record, Paddle, collects the information needed to process your payment and issue your invoice (name, email address, payment details, billing country). We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your license key and provide support. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paddle and never reach us. The add-in periodically validates your license key (the key and a device identifier only — no spreadsheet content). If you email support, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

4. What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your personal information. We don’t run advertising trackers in the add-in. We don’t harvest usage analytics from your spreadsheets. We don’t require an account to use the product.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to support your lifetime license and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@seksolution.com. We respond within one business day.
