Tip: a screenshot of the wizard or the error message, attached to the email, usually cuts the fix time in half. Please don’t include confidential data.
What happens next
We reply within one business day
A human reads your report, confirms we can reproduce it, and tells you what we found — with an honest estimate for the fix.
We fix it and email you when it ships
You get a personal note when the fix is released — not a ticket-closed autoreply. If your report changed the product, we say thank you properly.
The update arrives on its own
Tellsheet updates automatically through Excel’s add-in platform — no download, no reinstall, no charge. Open Excel and the fix is there.
